Feathers on the Path
Finding a feather on your path can hold many meanings, each uniquely personal. Feathers often represent symbols of support, guidance, transformation, freedom, growth, hope, connection, and reassurance. They serve as gentle reminders to trust your journey, take flight in new directions, and explore with confidence.
Feathers have appeared on my path in the most surprising ways, bringing clarity, comfort, and inspiration just when I needed them most. They are gifts and guideposts, reminding me that I am on the right track. Feathers have become touchstones on my journey, encouraging me to keep moving forward authentically and with purpose. In the spirit of this belief, I trust that my path has led me here to support and empower others on their own fulfilling journeys.

Over the last sixteen years, I have built a reputation as a kind, effective, compassionate, and trusted partner, working with leading organizations in healthcare, management, consulting, and manufacturing. This background has shaped the unique expertise that I bring to my services and clients today.
My journey to Positive Psychology Coaching led to a personal and professional breakthrough. I felt inspired to combine my HR experience with the empowering practices of coaching to help people thrive in meaningful ways.
